You walk the render before we build, refining furniture, finishes and layout until the concept feels right.
Execution & Turnkey Build
Joinery, furnishing and finishing proceed on site under daily supervision, with any smart features fitted in as part of the build.
Handover & Styling
Final styling, a walkthrough of the finished space, and ongoing support after you've moved in.
What to expect, week by week.
Most full-home and small commercial projects move from first consultation to final handover in 4 to 7 weeks, depending on scope.
Weeks 1–2. Consultation, brief and the concept + mood board are drafted and reviewed with you.
Weeks 2–3. 3D visualisation — you walk the render and refine furniture, finishes and layout before anything is built.
Weeks 3–6. Execution and turnkey build on site, supervised daily as each room or zone closes out.
Handover. Final styling, a walkthrough of the finished space, and after-sales support once you've moved in.
